OnePlus have dropped some HOT news, in the form of their 7 Series range of products. This new range from the brand includes the OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G. So what can we expect from these new products? After reading the press release, it looks like they are pushing the 7 Pro quite hard.
The OnePlus 7 Pro will include:
– 6.67inch AMOLED display / HDR10 & HDR10+ / 19.5:9 aspect ration @ 90Hz
– 516 pixels per inch, 4.49 million pixels total
– Lens 1 = 48mp sensor with OIS
– Lens 2 = 8mp 78mm telephoto at f2/4
– Lens 3 = 16mp 117deg ultra wide at f2.2
– Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor with upto 12GB Ram + UFS 3.0 storage
– Quick charge @ 20 minuts (0-50%)
– Sound driven by Dolby Atmos technology with stereo dual speaker system
An impressive display and apparently the OnePlus 7 Pro has earned DisplayMate’s highest A+ rating, making it one of the very best smartphone displays. Three cameras on the back, one on the front, gives you plenty of options to achieve the perfect shot. The screen unlock function got an upgrade too, with a new camera sensor and new algorithms, bringing down the unlock time to just 0.21 seconds.
Something that caught my eye and got me excited, “Gaming Mode can be taken to the next level with additional pro settings – Fnatic Mode adds new features to gives a competitive advantage, with advanced DND, background restrictions, and network enhancements as the CPU and GPU are optimised to make a gaming beast.” I’m sold.
As for the OnePlus 7, it offers similar spec’s to the pro but just not
For the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, it’s just that, it’s the Pro model with 5G connectivity. No date for this just yet, but it’s coming “very soon”. A very exciting and promising announcement, we just hope they can deliver. Below are the current models and prices to be available.
