Back in the day, Stef 7 myself used to be in a band, he on guitar, me on drums and Orange Amps were so relevant. They continue to be I’m sure but since we’ve grown out of that lifestyle, we’ve not kept up with what they have been doing, until now.

Orange Amps make personal audio equipment, both headphones, and earphones, and their latest release is the Crest Edition Wireless. We’ve not yet tried any out yet but if they’re anything like their amps, boy will they be good!

The wide, well balanced refined sound of Crest Edition Wireless Headphones offers superb levels of detail with warm rumbling basslines and natural sounding highs. The spacious sound will set pulses racing and have users rediscovering their music library in a totally different way.

They offer wearers complete control over what is listened to and how it is enjoyed. The headphone touch-pad allows users to control volume by swiping up or down, move to the previous track or to the next song by swiping side to side and pause by tapping. The discrete built in microphone is ideal for phone or video calls.

The headphones also include Bluetooth (5.0 assumed) and they are stating a 27hour battery life, with back up via aux lead if required. They come complete with a padded carry case, USB cable and aux lead.

They have that iconic Orange branding and at under £100, they’re reasonably priced too. We’ll try and get hold of a pair, to give you guys the full low down. To purchase, head over to the official Orange Amps website.
