Keep your diary entries for March 16th 2015 open as Halo: Nightfall will be making its debut in the UK ahead of its March 17th International release date. It’s being released in conjunction with Halo 5 which is coming later on in the year. The film will be set around agent Jameson Locke, an agent within the Office of Naval Intelligence. Halo: Nightfall will provide background information on Locke in time for Halo: Guardians, as he will be playing a key role in this new instalment.

Halo: Nightfall is the second live-action film released for the Halo franchise.

From Executive Producer Ridley Scott, and award-winning Director Sergio Mimica-Gezzan, Halo: Nightfall promises an all-star cast with lots of guns, and of course Master Chief. It wouldn’t be Halo without the green Spartan running around causing havoc.

The story takes us to Sedra, a distant colony world. Locke and his team are investigating terrorist “chatter”. But things don’t go to plan. Expect to see the races from the ever-popular games make an appearance. If you want to see more, check out the official trailer above.
