Some jobs are just too good to be true. I mean, who wouldn’t want to sit there and play video games and get paid for it? That’s exactly what you could do this summer with

They are asking for one lucky winner to pay Fortnite for 50 hours over the summer period, and get paid $1000 to do so. That works out at about $20 an hour. Unfortunately though, you have to have the right to work in the USA, and be 18 or over. So sorry everyone else.

But why do they want someone to play? Well, HighSpeedInternet are wanting to test faster internet subscription services with gaming, and are hoping to collate data from your experience with playing Fortnite.

So let’s break it down. The one lucky winner once selected will pick a broadband service to subscribe to, dependant on their location of course. Don’t worry though. HighSpeedInternet are providing up to $120 a month to cover the cost of the new broadband supplier for up to a year! So keep it under $120, and you’re golden, but go over that amount and you will be forking out the difference yourself.

Once the provider has been selected, the winner will proceed to play Fortnite on their current subscription for a number of hours to gain information on how Fortnite performs. Following on from here HighSpeedInternet will provide the winner with a NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 C7000 Modem Router or a NETGEAR Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR700 for those who don’t need the router. Once all set up you will play Fortnite on your new broadband connection.

Sounds good? Free internet and $1000 dollars for 50 hours or your time over the summer? Course it does. Beats my summer job of cleaning toilets and scrubbing floors. Yes, that is true, and it SUUUUCKED! If you’re in America and are 18 or over, why not head over to HighSpeedInternet to apply? Applications are open now through May 31st, 2019
